No. Because JF cannot travel far, customers drop their vehicle off at the agreed Marks Tey location and collect it once the work is finished.
Working hours vary. Appointments can usually be arranged on any day of the week, but availability may change around personal commitments, so every date and time is confirmed directly.
The loyalty scheme uses a physical card. Collect a stamp after each completed wash; after five washes, the next Full Valet is half price. Bring the card to each visit.
Most services do not require a deposit. Machine polishing and ceramic coating require a 50% deposit.
Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer.
The booking can be rearranged for a more suitable day.
Access to a hose tap and an electrical plug for the extension cable is required.
The time depends on the service and the condition of the vehicle. JF will discuss this when arranging the booking.
